Family Room

Great staff but too hot!
Both the receptionist on arrival and the waitress at breakfast were brilliant. The room had everything I needed, but was far too hot, even with the window wide open all night. There was a fan but no plug socket near enough the bed for the fan to be useful overnight. It wasn't particularly hot weather, but I was uncomfortably hot in the room. The rest of the hotel was fine. Great breakfast, comfortable bed and good shower.

What a fab stay!
I stayed at Pye's Mill with friends in June, and again last night with the same group. We all had a fabulous time on both occasions. The location is beautiful, the food gorgeous, and the staff some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've met.The rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. They lose just one star for me as my bathroom is a bit dated and my shower not the best. But that's the smallest of quibbles on what was overall a great experience.Thank you everyone for making us so welcome. We will be back soon.

Brilliant location
We had a great time staying at this lovely hotel in an amazing locationThe staff were so friendly , especially Rachel who served breakfast on the 3 mornings during our stayShe went above and beyond her role, providing info on the local area and bus timings etcThe only issue we had was that our room was not serviced during our whole stay and therefore had to request extra tea,milk,towel etc when returning to our room in the evening
